No. Billing is based on everyone included in the covered population agreed with your company. For example, if your plan covers 100 people, you are billed for all 100, even if only some register or use the benefits during that period.
Once their access is activated, they sign in to BENNOM, choose an offer and check how to redeem it. Each coupon includes its terms of use.
Usage frequency depends on each offer’s terms. Check them in BENNOM before using the benefit.
No. The service provides medical, psychological and nutritional guidance and follow-up only.

Telemedicine is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., and telephone medical guidance is available 24 hours a day. Check the service options and terms.
